Hi, I’m Audrey.
In 2022, I lost my dad to ALS.
Watching this disease slowly take away his strength, his voice, and his independence was heartbreaking. My dad was one of the most resilient people I’ve ever known. He faced hard things with grit and determination, and for most of my life he felt impossible to knock down. ALS changed that, and it opened my eyes to how devastating this disease is and how urgently we need more research.
This year, I’m turning movement into purpose through Run to Fund ALS.
From September 2025 through August 2026, I’m running one race every month to raise awareness and funds for ALS research. Some races are trails. Some are road races. Some are short, and some are long. Every one of them is a reminder that movement is a gift.
This is what fitness for good means to me.
Using my body while I can.
Choosing resilience on purpose.
Turning miles into awareness and action.
Honoring my dad with every step.
ALS steals movement without warning. It changes lives in ways families never expect. My hope is that this campaign helps bring more attention, more funding, and more momentum toward treatments and a cure.
Your support helps fund critical ALS research through ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI), one of the leading organizations focused on ending this disease.
Every mile is for my dad.
Every mile is for families living with ALS.
Every mile is one step toward a future without ALS. 💙
