Join ALS Therapy Development Institute's Ragnar for Research program to escape the city for an unforgettable running adventure at Ragnar Trail Rainier-WA, August 23-24, 2019.
Travel just two hours outside of Seattle for this overnight, 200-mile Ragnar running relay pushes racers to the edge of their physical limits while picking up the pace of ALS research.
Our teams of eight fearless runners fundraise for the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) and race through some of the most spectacular scenery in the U.S. As a team member, you will also party the day away at Ragnar Village, and at night, rest your legs next to the campfire, chow down on s’mores and relax with your team. At the end of it all, you will have cheered, celebrated, wore crazy costumes, and conquered challenges together in this epic two day, one night adventure.
