How to participate
1. Complete your bracket on CBS website by clicking links below.

2. Complete your registration by clicking the button above. If you choose to donate $20 per registered bracket, please complete your name and email. Click continue, and an option to donate will be on the next page.
3. This year, each person who makes a donation to ALS TDI will be in the running for your favorite team's jersey. Our CEO, Fernando Vieira, and our Science Team will sign it and we will ship it off to one lucky random player!
First Four (Play in games ) will not be included in brackets.
Join us to play for FREE in March Madness while raising awareness for ALS. Yes, we did say free, but we ask that you consider donating $20 per bracket that you fill out. All participants who donate have a chance to win a jersey from your favorite team signed by ALS TDI scientists. All proceeds go directly to the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) to help continue funding research to END ALS.
1st place = $100 gift card
2nd place = $50 gift card
3rd place = $25 gift card
