Brooke (@Limpbroozkit) set out on a quest to educate the public about ALS. Every day for the month of May, ALS Awareness Month, she posted videos on her TikTok and Instagram platforms responding to questions about living with ALS at such a young age. She ended her awareness campaign by asking followers to share her story and make a donation to the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI), to help accelerate ALS research. Hundreds of donations poured in almost immediately, and within days, Brooke had raised over $50,000.

Now comes the even more amazing part-- An anonymous couple, 'KJ', messaged Brooke and offered to expand the momentum by matching $100,000!!! This momentum of awareness and fundraising is continuing to go viral, which fuels the critical work taking place at the ALS Therapy Development Institute's lab.
