Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

On Sunday, March 15th, I'm proud to be running as part of Team ALS TDI for the upcoming United Airlines NYC Half. I will be running 13.1 miles on behalf of The ALS Therapy Development Institute, an Official Charity Partner. Your donations fuel our continuous efforts to advance promising drugs and help END ALS.

On January 14th, my mom lost her courageous battle with ALS after being diagnosed on 12/10.

This organization immediately welcomed me with open arms to be a support while my family navigates a difficult time. Being the Type A person I am, the feeling of having little control in a situation where ALS hits your family, I had to DO something. So let’s raise some money to find a cure and understand this disease. Did you know, there is still no one test to diagnose ALS? It is often  long journey of narrowing down and ruling other things out.

Joining this community as we fundraise has given me a sense of hope and purpose in this difficult time.

Thank you so much for your donation!

xoxo
