Hello and good day to all my former BOB Team Captains!

I am happy to announce Battle on the Boards is back! This year, in honor of our dear friend John Schinarl all the funds raised will go to ALS research and support his Toledo Takes on ALS event! Let's rally and celebrate our friendship and love for John!!!

You will want to be sure to save the date Wednesday, August 2nd at the Village Inn. **More details to come I am working directly with Ales for ALS and their parent research org ALS Therapy Development Institute.

Important Information:

1. The event will take place at the Village Inn.  August 8.2.23 from 4-? ***Teams need to be there by 3:30 to check in etc...

2. Rain date will be 8.9.23 same venue.

3. Registration = $500 for your team of 8 players = 4 teams of 2 **Same price since inception

4. Max number of teams we can accommodate 16 - **Let me know ASAP if you will have a team or two- teams' slots are filling up fast... people have been texting me about the event, so they had an early advantage saving a spot for their team.

5. Due to popular demand, there will be a beer cart or two on the field!

6. If you brought board sets in the past, let me know if you can bring them again and how many. We need a total of 12, we have 6.

7. We will need approximately 6-7 volunteers- if you have people can't play but want to be part of the event, we can use the help!
