The ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) is proud to announce our Official Charity Partnership with the 2026 Big Sur International Marathon. Team ALS TDI features runners from all over the globe with one universal mission, finding a cure for ALS. On April 26th, 2026, our runners will complete the 26.2 mile run from Big Sur to Carmel on scenic Highway 1 to raise awareness for ALS TDI.
